Ingredients
10 grams of sesame oil.
30 grams of vermicelli made from bean starch.
300 grams of Chinese cabbage or Brassica chinesis.
200 grams of pork.
1 tablespoon of oil.
Pinch of salt.
5 grams of monosodium glutamate.
1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
8 grams of starch.
10 grams of scallion.
10 grams of ginger.
5 grams of pepper powder.
800-1000 grams of water.
How to make it
Step 1
Take of the leaves of the greens, wash them in a pot with hot water, and cut them up into small pieces.
Step 2
Slice up the pork and add the oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, scallion, ginger, starch, and soy sauce, then stir well and create small balls of the mixture.
Step 3
Boil the water in a pot, and put the meatballs and vermicelli in. Cook for about 8 minutes until the pork has changes color, add the vegetables and salt and cook for an additional 3 minutes. As a final step, add the pepper and sesame oil.
